1. What services does Host A Stay offer?
Host A Stay is an Home Stay Management company, we do everything for you including: optimizing property pricing, managing the calendar, guest vetting and bookings, guest greeting and communication, organizing cleaning and laundry services, and making sure that everything is hassle free for you!
2. Who should use Host A Stay?
If you would like to short let your property without any hassle and achieve the highest potential income without compromising on safety, then we are the right service for you. You can use our service when you travel, if you have an idle second property or would like to maximize your income.
3. How do you maximize my occupancy rate?
In Host A Stay we apply dynamic pricing strategy to fill any open dates or last minute cancellations and ensure your place has always a high occupancy rate. We also have a dedicated client success managers that monitor your listing performance on a daily basis. We also work with multiple property platforms such as Airbnb, Homeaway, Holiday Lettings, etc. which allow us to attract a wide range of short term guests!
4. How do you ensure the safety of my property?
The safety of your property is our first concern. Building on our experience we have established a highly efficient way of controlling safety including guest screening, taking deposits and monitoring any potential damages.
5. Where do you currently operate?
We currently operate in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We also have expansion plans to other cities across Asia. If you have a property outside this area, do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to find a solution for you.

7. Can you furnish my property?
We do have interior designers partnering with us to provide you with the best designs to maximize the value of your property.
8. How much can I make from renting with Host A Stay?
Although the exact percentage depends on many factors such as house characteristics and size, neighborhood and seasonality, we expect you to make at least 150% of the long term rental income after our fees.
9. What do you need for the home to be ready?
Our service is as hassle-free as possible! We provide our own linen and towels as part of the service, so no need to share or invest in additional ones.
10. How soon can you start?
You can start using our management service within just a couple of days. We encourage hosts to sign up as early as possible so that we have more time to prepare your listing and achieve the best result.
11. When can I cancel the service?
You can cancel our service any time. We don’t believe in long term contracts or hidden fees.
12. What support do you offer to guests?
As a Hospitality company we make everything possible to ensure that guests have great experience. This starts from clear and effective communication, check-in procedure, timely guest support and assistance.
13. How will I know when the property is rented and when not?
You will have instant access to full information regarding your listing including pricing, guest communication, income, reviews, etc. We provide full transparency on the work performed to achieve your goals.
14. How and when will I receive rent?
You will receive your rent directly from Airbnb at the moment guests arrive at your flat.
15. Can I have my own property rules?
Absolutely! Just let us know and we will include them into our standard house rules and guarantee the guests respect them. Normally we do not allow guests to smoke within the property or to make noise as a default house rule.
